Looking to build real-world experience in government contracting and compliance? This internship provides direct exposure to contracts, grants administration, FFATA reporting, and financial tracking within a mission-driven environment. You will work alongside an experienced Contracts & Grants Administrator and gain practical skills that translate to careers in law, government, finance, or nonprofit administration.
This is a hybrid, Pittsburgh-based internship with periodic in-person meetings, running 10–12 weeks with flexible scheduling and part-time hours up to 20 per week, where you will be part of a local intern group.

Key Responsibilities
- Support contract and subaward documentation and review
- Assist with compliance reporting and tracking
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
- Update and manage data in spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Ensure accurate file management within OneDrive
- Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment
- Rising junior or senior in a related field such as PreLaw, Business, Finance, or Political Science
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets
- Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions
- Interest in compliance, contracts, or financial administration
- Must be a US Citizen
